These terms apply to purchases and use of the Travel Greece AI Planner provided by Travel Greece Today.
- What You Receive
When you purchase access to the Travel Greece AI Planner, you receive:
- one premium access code
- up to 10 total prompts
- access valid for 30 days from the time the code is generated and sent
The premium code is delivered by email after successful payment.
- Prompt Usage
Each premium code includes 10 total prompts.
If you first generate a free recommendation and then unlock that recommendation using your premium code, that unlock counts as 1 of the 10 total prompts.
Once all 10 prompts have been used, the code will no longer work.
Unused prompts do not roll over, renew, or reset.
- Expiration
Each premium code expires 30 days after it is generated.
After the code expires, it will no longer provide access, even if some prompts remain unused.
A new purchase is required for continued access after expiration.
- Nature of the Service
Travel Greece AI Planner provides AI-generated travel suggestions based on the information entered by the user.
Recommendations are intended for general travel inspiration and planning support only.
Travel Greece Today does not guarantee:
- availability of hotels, rooms, ferries, flights, tours, or restaurants
- pricing accuracy
- schedule accuracy
- suitability for every traveler
- uninterrupted service at all times
Users should independently verify travel details before booking.
- No Professional or Legal Guarantee
The planner is an informational digital service only.
It does not constitute:
- travel agency services
- legal advice
- medical advice
- safety guarantees
- visa or immigration advice
Travel decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Payments
Stripe securely processes payments.
Travel Greece Today does not store your payment card details.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and access conditions displayed at checkout and on this page.
- Delivery
We send the Premium access codes to the email address you provide during checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address.
If you do not receive your code within a reasonable period after payment, please contact us at:
- Refund Policy
This is a digital product delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the premium code has been generated and delivered.
However, if:
- If we charge you but you do not receive your code, or
- the service failed due to a verified technical issue on our side
please contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under relevant law.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- abuse, scrape, or attempt to overload the service
- share, resell, or distribute premium codes without permission
- use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- attempt to bypass prompt limits, expiration rules, or security controls
Travel Greece Today may disable access in cases of misuse.
- Privacy
We may process limited personal data needed to provide the service, including:
- email address
- prompt usage records
- technical usage information necessary for access control and delivery
